What is a Yoni Massage
(Yoni, the Sanskrit word for vagina) is a holistic healing method in which not only the whole body but also the yoni is carefully touched, caressed and gently massaged.
Yoni massage is a spiritual and physical ceremony that aims to promote relaxation and self-understanding in terms of sexual self-esteem and eroticism. I place great value on the personal connection to your own sexual energy and the creation of a safe and respectful space. All of this helps you to establish a deeper connection to your own physicality and intimacy.
The Yoni massage can actually lead to a deep feeling of peace and connection with your own body. I ask you to also note that, in addition to the very beautiful, it can also trigger possible traumas or difficult experiences that you have had. It is important for me that you are aware that you can influence the session at any time and also cancel it. I will accompany you in all of these processes with my knowledge and many years of experience.
It is important to create a safe and supportive environment to explore a deeper connection to yourself and your body through yoni massage. Through mindfulness and presence in this journey, undiscovered aspects of your own sexuality can be explored in order to achieve a more conscious connection. I make sure that you feel completely relaxed and safe so that you can fully surrender to the experience.
The connection with the yoni can enable a deeper and more direct connection to your own body, especially in relation to your own sexuality. By consciously listening to the messages of the yoni, you can learn to understand your body better and get closer to yourself. It is therefore important to maintain good contact with your own yoni in order to live and enjoy a fulfilling sexuality.
Ceremony procedure
After the welcome, we first sit down in the healing room, get to know each other a little better and then discuss the framework of the upcoming ceremony.
You then decide how many clothes you can or want to take off. There is never any pressure or obligation. Contact with the Yoni, whether physical or energetic, is always possible, even when clothed. Often a certain amount of trust needs to be built up in order for relaxed and natural nudity to be possible. If this is not the case, i.e. if there is no relaxation and no trust, then neither nudity nor a Yoni MASSAGE makes sense.
The Yoni ceremony begins with a full body massage, starting at the periphery, i.e. the hands and feet. From there, the touches and strokes slowly and mindfully approach your center and your Yoni.
Only after further consultation do we move on to the first part of the Yoni massage. This first part only involves contact with the vulva, i.e. the outer area of the Yoni. We discuss all the other steps of the ceremony beforehand, or we continually renew our agreement about what can happen. It is really important that you feel heard and safe.
From here the ceremony will develop and take you on a beautiful and certainly exciting journey. I will hold the space for your journey with my presence and my many years of experience in accompanying you.
