 On the beautiful island of Koh Phangan right next to the island of Koh Samui, we live in simple wooden bungalows right by the ocean. So at night we hear the gentle rocking of the waves accompanied by the many animal voices of the nearby jungle.

Early in the morning we greet the waking day in the nudity in the ocean, which is over 30 degrees warm. We connect our souls and bodies in shamanic rituals with everything around us, ocean, mother earth, father sky, the female and male forces, the trees, the clouds, the moon, the mountains and the wind.



The days are filled with water healing and sexual healing sessions, rituals in nature, predominantly in the ocean, satsang, exchange circles, all as required. The range of food is very rich, from traditional Thai cuisine at Mama Pooh or Happy Times to Israeli and Indian to pure vegan cuisine.

The days end on the beach with the sounds of hangs, yidakis (didgeridoos), djembes and singing during the golden sunsets. All of these things contribute to the healing of the heart, body and soul.



In between we go into the reality of life, try our shining in the heart in everyday life, meet people we don't know, make contacts and flow with what can result from it!

 We dare life, challenge it, and feel our heartbeat, our feelings and our being.

I do these retreats with a maximum of 2 participants. This increases the intensity and depth of the experiences of the individual sessions.
